Moistop® Underslab

Moistop has long been the industry standard for underslab vapor retarders, and for good reason. With a water vapor permeance of less than .30 perms, Moistop provides an extremely effective barrier to moisture vapor transmission through concrete slabs. Its composite construction of a fiberglass reinforced membrane embedded between two layers of polyethylene assures exceptional protection against tears, punctures and jobsite abuse. The product is part of a complete Moisture Control System for concrete slabs, protecting the subfloor and finished flooring, and engineered to address commercial applications.

Moistop is economically engineered to deliver a superior level of performance at a comparatively low installed cost. And, unlike flimsy poly membranes, Moistop is specifically designed to deliver long-lasting protection.
