Over the years, Fortifiber has earned a reputation for designing and manufacturing unique coated and laminated paper systems that address a wide range of custom applications.

  • We perform rapid prototyping in our pilot plant facility, and undertake exhaustive product testing in our state-of-the-art laboratories, to ensure a smooth scale-up to full production runs.

  • We incorporate our proprietary expertise in co-extrusion, lamination and coating techniques into the design of each solution.

Using this systematic approach, we've developed custom materials systems found in a wide range of everyday products-from vinyl flooring to mailing labels, to flexible packaging used in manufacturing a disposable battery.
